We are looking for applicants with VA experience who can speak, read and write English well. Great attitude, willingness to learn, and great team player are a must. We are a small team with an awesome boss and we would love to have you onboard!

• 100% Virtual Job with Very Flexible Hours - This person will be required to have a few scheduled phone/video conferences each week, otherwise you can work during whichever hours you prefer as long as you get the work done. Initially, there may be additional work sessions but this will just be during the learning and company onboarding period.

Responsibilities
• Manage 2 LinkedIn accounts
• Quality Management of Receptionist Service
• Basic Contact Database Entries
• Manage and Organize digital company files
• Generate monthly Google Analytics Reports to support company web designer
• Process Consultant Invoicing and Expense Reports
• Formatting basic Word documents

Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Organized and with high attention to detail
• Resourceful and research-oriented
• Must be Proactive/Self-starter
• Tech savvy
• Highly communicative in terms of feedback and challenges
• Reinforced home office set up that is backed up with contingency measures

Tools/Platforms you must know how to use:
? Microsoft Outlook
? Microsoft OneNote
? Microsoft Word
? Knowledge of LinkedIn and/or Excel a plus

Tools/Platforms you will need to learn (if you already know these it’s a plus!):
? Zoho Docs and Zoho CRM
? Google Analytics
