T-Shirt Designer/Illustrator - capable of 5-10 designs per day

YOU ARE VERY PRECISE AND RELIABLE?
You love creating designs that can make people laugh, cry and educate?
You have mainly experience in creating T- shirt designs and a bigger Portfolio showing this experience?
You are able to communicate in englisch at a high level and with clear understanding of tasks given in that language?

If you answered yes to these questions, please read on.
I am looking for a designer with amazing talent and skills in the area of illustration and typography for T-Shirts design.

You need to make t-shirt designs in your own style based on:
- topics where you need to do some research and find ideas for designs
- reference designs which you need to improve
- slogans

In the beginning the topics, reference designs and slogans are for the GERMAN market. So, when I send you a topic, you’ll need to do also some research in german.

The Application process:
First Level:
I will send you two ideas where you can show your abilities (paid of course).

Second Level:
I will send you one topic, one reference design, one slogan where you need to create in total 10 designs (paid of course)

Third Level:
I will send you a list with topics, reference designs and slogan and I will need about 5-10 designs per day depending how good and fast you are. I am looking for a reliable and trustworthy long-term business relationship.

You will receive $1-$2 per design. For high quality, reliability and speed we can negotiate a higher price per design in the future.

Here are a few expectations:
1. You can create HAND-DRAWN and ORIGINAL creative T-Shirt designs.
2. You have TYPOGRAPHIC DESIGN experience (Hand-drawn in many cases)
3. It is very important that you create UNIQUE designs and that you are very aware of copyrights - each of your submitted
designs will go through an automatic screening process.
4. No design you send to me was ever or will be ever sent to anyone else
5. We expect that you DONT use Free picture platforms for your design- You create your own graphics.
