Virtual Asst and Marketing Specialist

I am an Innerpreneur, author, transformational teacher, speaker, business consultant, and award-winning filmmaker. My work is all about creating positive change in the world. Aside from my filmmaking, the majority of the marketing needed to support and expand my work is done on-line. I need an amazing individual with the experience and know-how to expand my on-line and social media presence, marketing outreach, and lead generation.

You are motivated and easy to work with. You think two steps ahead, and you're not afraid to think outside the box. You are extremely well organized, and you are flexible and know how to capitalize on going with the flow when needed. You have a very good command of English, written and spoken, and you are personable, respectful and professional when speaking with others. You are trustworthy, and above all, honorable in all that you do.

You know your way around the Internet, especially social media, and Google. You have the ability to build and manage effective marketing campaigns on social media, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, that successfully generate leads, new clients and sales. You understand the difference between an impression, a click, and a conversion, and you know how to get there. You know how to launch a direct email campaign using master lists and programs such as MailChimp. You possess excellent research skills and a talent for finding the right information for any task at hand.

You have a good working experience with SEO, and you are already familiar with Wix and Shopify, or similar platforms, or you are not afraid to learn. You know the ins and outs of DropBox, WeTransfer and similar. You are proficient in Word and Excel (Pages a plus), and your writing, copywriting, and creative writing skills are above average as you will be assisting with generating inspirational content for social media, marketing campaigns, video content, VLOGS and BLOGS.
