Shopify Customer Service

We are looking for someone part time 5 days out of 7 to help our customer service team in the UK. Working through customer emails and replying professionally to answer questions such as tracking orders. Would need a working knowledge of Gorgias email software and Shopify/Dropified . Role will start off fairly basic but can progress to a more fulfilling role with more opportunities and more hours if needed.
