Scheduler/Virtual Assistant

PetPals is a growing pet care company located in Midcoast Maine. We work with pet care providers to deliver personalized in-home pet care. Some services we provide are pet sitting, dog walking, grooming, nail trims, and more. We are currently seeking a person who is able to help us with a number of important daily tasks that include:

- Handling incoming phone calls with clients and contractors
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining contact with contractors
- Keeping track of contractor availability
- Keeping our customer database up to date and completely filled out
- Making sure our providers are where they are supposed to be and that all appointments are being done on time
- Compiling a list of appointments weekly for billing
- Handling emails/form submissions to company
- Managing company social presence
- Onboarding new customers
- And other task as needed
