Kaizen Rentals is a short term rental company based in the US. We are a smaller company looking for a virtual professional to learn and grow with us. We are expanding into multiple states and We are looking for an experienced, reliable and dedicated professional to become a valuable member of our growing team while working at the comforts of his or her own home!

We are currently seeking a virtual professional to help us with some basic accounting as well as guest communication. If you have accounting experience and are comfortable on the phone talking with and assisting guests and you also want to be an important part of a growing family company you may be a fit for our company.

Qualifications:

• EXCELLENT command of the English language.
• Must have some accounting experience and be proficient in Quickbooks and Excel
• Must have experience in identifying and prospecting customers needs
• Must be quick to address each issue that will arise and assure our customers that it will be dealt with immediately
• Must have excellent data entry and computer skills
• Must be flexible in hours and willing to work weekends or overtime occasionally.
