General eCommerce Virtual Assistant

Hello and thank you for your interest in this ---------- or Hair ( ---------- ) is a growing eCommerce brand that is looking to hire a motivated, talented, positive virtual assistant to our team! We are looking to hire somebody to help with some of the following tasks:


Critical Job Responsibilities:
-Customer Service (email, Facebook Messenger, sales, customer returns)
-Company Email Campaigns (weekly newsletters, list management, email reports)
-Social media profile management
-Graphic design


Additional / Bonus Job Responsibilities:
-Influencer & Model outreach (YouTube, Instagram)
-Creating Customer Survey forms
-Content (blog posts)
-Basic video & audio editing
-SalesForce / LinkedIn data entry & mass messaging


Experience with Shopify preferred
Experience with customer support via email and Facebook Messenger preferred
Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other email platforms preferred
Experience with graphic design (especially ad creatives) preferred
Experience with social media profile management preferred

Hard-working personality preferred
Smart, independent thinking personality preferred

Payment will be $1.50 - 3.00 per hour based on experience level and work ethic. A performance based bonus will be also given in December ($125+)
