We are hiring a talented Real Estate Virtual Assistant professional to join and grow with our team. Responsibilities:
-Assist the Team Leader and team members with the coordination and preparation of successful open house events
-Prepare, distribute and receive real estate documents
-Create, design and distribute real estate brochures
-Handle advertising of the property online and through publications
-Organize photos of properties and create Property Flyers
-Coordinate, oversee and inspect the completion of repairs on the property that is for sale
-Obtain information and public records about the property for sale
-Enter listings into Zillow
-Data Scraping through County Court Records
-Manage the company's Facebook page
-Create and maintain Craigslist ads
-Prepare letters, operating procedures and written materials as needed
-Work independently to plan and schedule weekly duties
-Meet with the Team Leader weekly and provide support in client follow up

-Answer calls, return text messages and emails in a timely manner
-Work on special projects as needed
-Be the face of the team when meeting and speaking with clients

Qualifications:
-Detail oriented individual
-Strong literacy and numeracy skills to handle administrative tasks
-Have a strong understanding of all Microsoft applications such as excel, word and publisher
-Knowledge of basic computer skills to track and monitor leads and feedback
-Strong technology and organizational skills a plus
-Works well by following a time blocking schedule and follows a daily and weekly routine
-Coachable
-Having worked as in some capacity in the real estate field as a legal secretary, an administrator or real estate assistant, worked in a title company or as a transaction coordinator a plus (Sales experience not necessary)
-Is highly people oriented and customer service driven
-Working knowledge of social media for monitoring and advertising purposes
-Graphic design experience preferred to create advertisements
-Administrative, accounting and marketing experience preferred
-Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently
-Ability to communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and repair persons both verbally and in writing

-Ability to work independently but also follow the instruction of the Team Leader
-Work hand in glove with the Transaction Coordinator and team members

Schedule:
-Monday to Friday
