Facebook ads and graphic/video creator for ecomm project

I am looking for an employee who is an expert in facebook ads who can deal full time with:

- Creation of creativity for facebook ads (videos and images) requires knowledge of video editing and graphics

- Creation of advertising campaigns with facebook ads (according to my indications)

- Creation of landing pages with programs like clickfunnels or similar
