My name is Felix Karpeh and I am a first generation immigrant who started Autolocalmotive
Autolocalmotive is a marketing agency located in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota
We help small to mid-sized automotive businesses grow their revenue by improving their traffic from the internet, turning more website traffic into leads, and helping them close leads into customers
I'm working incredibly hard right now to build the company and add new clients, and I expect all of our team members to do the same
I'm very loyal and respectful to my employees
I believe in documenting everything so you'll have a good process to work from (and improve upon)

JOB DUTIES:
• You will be primarily supporting my efforts of acquiring new leads and clients for our agency. Some of your duties will include:
• Creating and maintaining a leads list
• Researching prospects
• Sending
• Updating databases
• Source leads via
• Handle admin and
• Handle client needs on a (As needed) basis
• Using Asana to manage projects, create and assign tasks
• Create SOPs and documenting processes
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project deadlines and budgets are managed and met
• Customer service - responding to client support
• Organizing client projects / Google Drive folders
•Managing the workflow and assisting with managing another VAs and designers workflow
•Research and list building for outbound
• Updating databases & managing the company CRM
• Posting on our social media networks
• Utilizing different sales and project management software (Zoho and Trello)
COMPENSATION PLAN:
- Paid weekly
- Performance bonuses for great work
- 13th Month / Christmas bonus
- Pay raises awarded based on performance
- For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year)
- 7 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
