Social Media Manager

I'm the owner of an innovative beauty lounge in Lincoln, NE that is growing quickly and I need help creating content and managing my social media platforms, Facebook and IG. I'm looking for a part-time VA with experience creating content, posting to Facebook and Instagram and a strong understanding of how to grow social media accounts. I'd like to start off with part-time work and eventually, we may decide to turn this full-time. I'm looking for an excellent communicator who is detail-oriented, passionate about beauty and skincare and wants to build a long-term, fruitful relationship. I'm looking for someone with the following experience:

-Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook schedulers
-Canva and Adobe Photoshop experience
-Light video editing experience
-Understands how to do outbound engagement on Instagram to grow the account
-Excellent English and communication skills
-Experience growing other accounts is a plus
-References provided is a plus
