Virtual Assistant/Recruiter/Researcher

We recruit for the Cable Television industry

Some of the current potential job duties are below:
-Internet sourcing of Resume's.
-Document recruiting calls, qualify potential candidates and schedule times for interviews.
-Document all calls in CRM system.
-Make outbound follow up calls to answer outstanding questions.
-Make outbound reference calls and document them in our system orders.
-Conduct research for new products and services we plan to offer in the future.
Our current off-shore team, (Currently working in both the Philippines and India) has been working with our system for over a year and continue to find ways for us to work smarter. We are a dynamic company and very open to innovating new ways to meet the needs of our clients.
You must speak English, have good access to a computer headphones and a microphone. This job entails a lot of computer time and phone work.

Work hours 9-6 (MST) Monday through Friday. We are flexible about agent hours based on the needs of their personal life.
