We don't want people who are satisfied with a measly hourly wage... we want people who are willing to work LONG HOURS to get something more out of this life other than a steady paycheck. Do you want to earn $600 base pay "guaranteed"? That's cool but you are going to sacrifice the bigger payday for it by working for someone else. We need people who understand where we as a business are now... and where we are going. Let's get right down to the tasks you'll be doing and get more into the details of the pay afterward. I just want to scare off the people who have a weak mindset and can't see the bigger picture. Don't waste our time and I promise we won't waste yours. (In fact, you will be very very well compensated.)

TASKS:

* Write ---------- word Articles Daily. (Don't worry we will give you a subject and example article to follow so all you need to do is rewrite them in your own words and with a new but equally good headline - you're also going to need to do a quick 3-minute search for a photo to use on Fb with pixabay)
* Write job descriptions (yeah just like this one)/Post/Repost job posts
* Assist the CEO with miscellaneous tasks from time to time such as writing emails, website copy. Etc. (we understand this will take away from your article writing when asked to perform these duties.)

Basically... We need someone who can receive a link to a post and create their own version of that post without plagiarizing. The post should be written just as well if not better than the ---------- eck out this page.

What I am NOT looking for?

Someone who's writing we constantly has to edit/re-edit or even trash.
Someone who is constantly asking for a bonus.
Someone who needs to be paid every two days/week/two weeks.
Someone who does not understand what we as a company have set out to achieve.
Someone who is constantly focused on problems and not on solutions.

Who we are?

We are a Digital Marketing Firm AND a Trading Publication Company. (Two separate names owned by the same people)

Right now we have 15 people but are expanding RAPIDLY to 100 by February 2020. That means we have serious opportunities for people to move up in the company and become managers very quickly. IF you are fortunate enough to join us you are getting in on the ground floor of a highly capitalized business in its infancy. That means unlike at APPLE or Starbucks or Jolibee. You don't need to earn minimum wage for years before you start earning big dollars... You may only need to wait for months. your earning potential here is well beyond that of even a manager in the Philippines so do not be dissuaded by the monthly pay... As money rolls in at a greater and greater pace, those responsible for making that a reality will be rewarded handsomely.

Where do you work?

FROM HOME! Or your office! Or the Coffee Shop! Up to you! All that matters is you get the work was done that needs to be done! If you need to take off a few extra days in a week because of x reason that is FINE! (but if this is a habit - that is not fine)

THE PAY?

We pay on the first of the month every month.

We expect 40 hours minimum a week but prefer 50 to 60 per week. If you can only do 20 or 30 please move on now!
And if you work extra hours you will be paid accordingly!
We use time tracking software that takes snapshots of your desktop and measures your efficiency. So if you want to just collect a check without working or working for someone else... we are going to know about it.... so move on now or come in with the right mindset(To work HARD)
