Graphic Designer for T-Shirt/ Mugs / Canvas

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am starting a print on demand business and need you to create designs for T-Shirts, mugs, canvas and other physicl good.

I will send you designs as inspiration and need you to make new and better design based on them. You will NOT copy them but make them better. All new designs must pass TinEye.

You must be very considered with copyright issues and only use material you own, that is creative common and so on.

You must also be willing to sign a waver to sign over the copyrights of the works you create for me.

Professional Skills:

You have a proven track record in the above fields. You are a master of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and a creative mind, who loves to come up with his own ideas based on the tasks given. You are also very good in English communication, at least on written level and able to understand as I sometimes send voice files as instructions.

Personal Skills:

You are hardworking honest and reliable and look for a good long term working relationship.

My budget is currently about $ 300 to $ 400 per month depending on your experience.

BONUS: I will not make you log screenshots and document every minute of your time, as I hate micro management myself. But I expect you to work honestly, fast and reliable and I am good at finding out. So I think working with me is beside that it is still work actually quite fun and better than the rest :-D
