Recruitment Specialist Headhunters

I am looking to hire a small team of part-time, experienced recruitment headhunters.
My clients are professional companies who seek first-class candidates for roles within their organizations.
I'm offering $1000 per successful hire. Please be aware that payment is only made once the candidate has been hired and has successfully completed one month's trial period. This is why this is a part-time role only but is perfect for a side-line business.
You must understand that attention to detail is important while searching for candidates. I don't want to be flooded with candidates who are not suitable. Only select candidates that match the job description.
You must have a LinkedIn account of long-standing with a respectable number of contacts and have experience of approaching people with job offers.
