Talking-Head Video Editor

We are looking for editors that are creative and are able to animate parts of a video with explanation to better describe a point.

Most of our videos are talking head videos and the topics can sometimes be difficult to understand. Aim of the animation is to show visually what they mean so that the message can be better put ---------- is like someone trying to convert a wordy powerpoint slide into visuals and animations to support the point that is being presented.
