Superfine! Art Fair is a contemporary, affordable art fair founded in 2015 by partners in business and in life, James Miille and Alex Mitow. Superfine! is known for democratizing the art market for both artists and collectors alike through its warm and welcoming environment. Initially based in Miami, Superfine! has since expanded to editions in New York, Washington DC, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle.
GENERAL QUALITIES
We are looking for someone who is friendly, autonomous, and self-starting but also good at following directions. Expert-level familiarity with using CRMs is a must, and being familiar with using spreadsheets, Google Drive, and Gmail is also vital. A natural grasp of the English language and its emotional intricacies/syntax, both written and verbal, is required. The candidate will eventually compose their own automated
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Initial tasks will include:

Sales assistant will also eventually be responsible for:
- Qualifying artists who submit prequalification forms
- Conducting initial sales phone calls with potential artist applicants
- Composing
- Setting up online webinars and inviting artists to watch
