Back-end development opportunity

We are looking for quotes for a backend web development product. The goal of the product is to be a compilation of multiple tools for a section of the livestock industry. The tools are currently in an Excel format and we need you to convert it to a cloud-based application. These tools are simple calculations on an excel spreadsheet but future development will include more complex models with linear optimization, machine learning and AI. Keep this in mind when selecting the development language.

This is what we need in the short-term:
- One page for each the 3 tools;
- Each tool needs the ability to compare 3 scenarios, options to print, and share.
- Tool A: Has 9 inputs and 2 output;
- Tool B: Has 14 inputs and 1 output;
- Tool C: Has 7 inputs and 1 output;

In the quote, provide:
- Your CV and examples of delivered projects;
- Estimated timeline to completion;
- Estimated hours or total cost;
- Type of programming language you recommend and why;
- How will you deliver us the project;
- Availability to continue to work on this project.

A decision will be based on how soon you can send us the quote, your experience, and the price.
