General VA

We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant. Part Time position, 20 hours weekly (during normal business hours PST Monday to Friday). It does have the potential for full time (40 hours a week). The position has significant career growth potential as the company is expanding. The work will be completed remotely from the comfort of your home. You must have a reliable internet connection, electricity back up, and Skype/Viber to communicate. A female is most likely going to succeed in this role.

What are the responsibilities?
- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks while assisting office manager in daily office tasks.
- Provide information regarding our programs to prospective customers via email and phone.
- Manage the company database (member signups, enrollments).
- Perform research tasks/post advertising online/content writing.

What type of candidate are we looking for?
- Minimum of two years' experience in office management with the ease and willingness to wear many hats.
- Organized, reliable, and detail oriented.
- Good email and phone communication etiquette.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word and Excel).
- Smart: You can anticipate needs and execute independently.
