Phone Receptionist For Inbound Calls

Looking for an individual with call center experience to answer incoming calls for a United States based small business.

Your job will be to simply answer incoming phone calls, take a simple message and send the message out as an SMS or email.

We use RingCentral to handle the incoming calls and to send out the SMS.

*Previous call center or call reception experience is required for this position.
*Strong English speaking and comprehension skills are required for this position.
*Graveyard shift is required for this position.
*Working hours are 10 PM to 8 AM (PHST)
*Workdays are Monday night thru Friday night (5 days/week)
*Pay is $400/month. We prepay your hours, so on the 1st you will be paid $200, and on the 15th you will be paid $200.
*Must be reliable.
*Must have a quiet space to work (no barking dogs, neighbor's music, honking horns, crying babies, etc...)
