Website Designer & Branding Designer (Home based)

Are you a highly talented website designer & branding designer with an amazing design portfolio?

If the answer is "YES", then we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are offering the successful applicant a full-time position designing from the comfort of your own home, alongside 10 other awesome Filipino designers, for a world-leading website design & branding agency.

You will get to:
- Design for a range of our clients, to take their website & brand to the next level, so they can have a bigger impact on the world.
- Work alongside an extremely talented team of Filipino designers.
- Learn from our design managers to improve your 'conversion focused' design skills.
- Have a regular weekly income that you can rely on. (Paid in PHP directly into your bank)

For this role, you will need to:
- Design to a standard similar to our website folio here: ----------
- Have an understanding on how to design websites for businesses that use online marketing funnels.
- Be self-motivated & very reliable. (No excuses!)
- Work at a fair & reasonably fast pace.
- Accept constructive criticism of your work.
- Be able to design websites in Adobe Illustrator.
- Be highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Commit to a full-time position with the goal to work with us for at least two years.
- Be ethical, a team player and a good communicator.
- Have good English speaking & writing skills.
- Have fast & reliable computer & internet connection.
- Work full-time on weekdays only and within standard business hours.

You will have a huge advantage if you can also design the following at a high quality: logos, branding, infographics, social media images, slide decks, banner ads, blog post images, podcast covers, ebooks, flyers, etc.

We are an Australian business that has an excellent reputation for creating awesome looking custom websites, branding, and marketing graphics for our clients all around the world.

We offer unlimited design revisions to our clients, so expect a lot of revision requests.

Summary:

The position will start with a fully paid full-time 2 week trial period, to see how well you can design. If your performance, talent, and attitude is a good fit for our culture, we will offer you a permanent full-time position.
