About the role

Due to continued agency growth, we are looking for a positive and motivated individual to join our Team as a Paid Media Manager.

We are looking for a SEM-PPC specialist who has a background with Google Ads and is passionate about Paid Media strategies and client results.

You will be responsible for managing our client's pay-per-click campaigns Google Ads, which will include mobile, search, and display! Basically, we're looking for a Google whiz to work with our great little Digital Agency in Sydney Australia.
Responsibilities

As a PPC specialist, you'll work with internal stakeholders and will be involved in:

• Hands-on data analysis to drive CPA, CRO and ROI improvements
• Daily optimisation, reporting, copy testing, audience strategies, bidding / budget changes and quality score reviews
• Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels for clients
• Overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimise them
• Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions
• Writing engaging copy for adverts
• Producing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns

What to expect
• You'll manage a number of campaigns giving you lots of variety.
• You'll work with data, analysing trends and results, while simultaneously thinking creatively about improvements and strategies to optimise a PPC campaign.

Skills & Experience
You'll need to have:
• Degree qualification in relevant or related field of study
• 3+ years’ experience in SEM or Digital Marketing working for a media agency
• A good understanding of how PPC fits in to the wider area of digital marketing
• Excellent analytical, organisational, project management and time management skills
• Ability to foster strong client relationships at various levels
• Experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager
• High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

What are we looking for
• Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing
• Understanding of paid search, social and display.
• Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.
• Experience analysing the client's business goals and translating to a digital marketing proposal.


Bonus if you have
• Certifications with Google AdWords, Google Analytics.
• Experience working in an Agency Environment.
• Passion for SEM, knowing what is trending and having a genuine interest and passion for digital marketing.
