Google Adwords / PPC Specialists with Solid Background

We are a real estate company in California, currently with 25+ Philippines-based contractors (home-based employees).

We are looking for an experienced Google AdWords / PPC Specialist for our website - ---------- .

Tasks:
Create, manage and optimize campaigns in Google Adwords to increase site traffic and reach targets
Regularly create reports and recommendations for optimization and growth - so, in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and spreadsheets is required
Conceptualize strategies for corporate branding, promotions, marketing
Research keywords
Keep track of processes and solve issues that may arise
Constantly update knowledge base on the latest trends, changes in platforms, and best practices
Other related tasks

Must be analytical, strategic, detail-oriented, organized and trustworthy
Experience in a Real Estate setting is a plus

Proven success with previous companies is preferred.
