This can be an exciting and rewarding position as Executive Assistant in a small growing business. We need a trust worthy jack of all trades with ethical sales energy and drive, to take over many things I do myself, and basically run my business in ---------- cluding in-depth technical support to our consultants (I'll teach you, but you must have a drive to master it), flawless English skills to transcribe articles and write your own for blogs and social media, deal with customer and student inquiries and administrative and planning tasks. I, (Patrick) run a business from Australia but deal with clients, students and our consultants across the ---------- 's a small business with yet a global good reputation in a specialised field. Our mother company (based in Austria) has been helping people to get healthy again for over 36 years, just by improving the sleeping environment in their home. We work on 3 key problems:
- Radiation exposure from wiring in the home, phone towers, wifi and more.
- Natural radiation from metals and minerals in the ground
- The mattresses people sleep on.

Where do you come in?
I need to work on my business and not in it. I need someone to replace me and be competent to make decisions I would make.

I need someone who:
- I can trust and depend on
- who has PERFECT English, both written and spoken
- has proven experience as an active self starting assistant with a business and customer service focus.
- IS EAGER TO LEARN the finer details of our business (I'll train you, but you need a self drive to want to master this)
- Has a great happy attitude, and keen to please, and help me and clients
- Is available long-term
- Eye for detail, bit of a perfectionist. and wanting to help people in ethical ways.

Here is what I can imagine you doing
- Sales and marketing: Answering email inquiries about our products and their implementation, and our courses.
- Assistant: Help me with my travel and support my efforts with larger clients and marketing

Above all, as my assistant. You'll be 'available' through messaging or phone call whenever I need you in the agreed upon times of work.


Whats may the future hold? - Rewards
I'm not sure.... but I hope you'll become the rock I can depend on and fall back on. I'll need to teach you everything of our industry, so you'll gain another skill for sure. Your function will become more valuable to me as time goes by and as your impact on the business grows, I think your rewards should as well. I'm still only a small business wanting to grow, but I feel people should be rewarded for results. What that looks like, we'll work out in time. First, you have a lot to learn. I want you to be a team member and I can promise you, you'll love the people you'll be working with and they will treat you as part of the team... it is a nice field of people who want to make the world a better place.
