Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Education or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the development of kindergarten semester education teaching plan, summary, and organization and implementation.
Cooperate with the teaching management department of our unit to complete education management, education research, education and training.
Cooperate with the admissions department to do a good job in enrollment consultation, publicity and new arrivals?
Class inspections are conducted every day to guide the completion of each class's teaching plan and to make daily ---------- anize teachers to prepare for lesson, teaching and research, business study, training, etc.
Responsible for the correction of the weekly Chinese course plan and the review of the weekly teaching ---------- anizing teachers to conduct early childhood development assessments and various assessments for young children?
Responsible for summarizing the monthly Chinese and English teaching situation and writing a summary of the teaching.
Pay attention to and guide the safety work of the class to ensure the health and safety of young children?
Responsible for the collection and organization of kindergarten teaching materials, paying attention to and guiding the health care work of the park, especially class health care, child health work?
Responsible for organizing the semester teachers to observe, participate in the class teaching on time, observe the record, and give back the teachers' education and teaching in a timely manner.?
According to the kindergarten plan, teachers will go out to visit and exchange, and sum up the activities in time. Responsible for foreign visitors to the park to exchange seminars?
Conduct business conversations with the new teacher at least once a month during the trial period. Before the new teacher turns to the front, conduct a formal conversation with the class instructors and new teachers, and record them in the transfer file.?
Check and supervise the class work of class teachers, and check the scheduling of each class. Timely dispatching teachers to ensure the balance of teachers in each class when there is an empty position of the class teacher?
Participate in teacher turnover talks. Assist the personnel department in handling the transfer of the departing teacher?
Responsible for large-scale event planning in kindergartens, such as enrollment activities, marketing campaigns, fire drills, sports meets, graduation performances, multicultural events, etc.?
Responsible for the management of kindergarten education and teaching materials, the management of the library and the distribution of declarations. At the end of the semester, the teaching and research summary, teaching and research results are compiled and archived.?
Responsible for the creation of kindergarten public environment?
