Intero Real Estate Services is a real estate brokerage based out of Southern California.
We are looking for an individual to assist us with recruiting talented Realtors to join our team.

Job Requirements:

Prior recruiting experience
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance
Self Starter results oriented
Act as a team player and maintain a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and with little direction
Willingness to do what's necessary to get a task completed even when you haven't performed similar tasks in the past (research, find someone to assist, etc.)
Basic computer skills
Position does not require you to have a real estate license, not required but preferred
Job Type: Full-time
