Customer Services Role

We are a rapidly growing luxury brand selling on Amazon. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year's experience in customer services to join us on our journey. A great attitude is essential! We want someone who will provide fantastic customer service to our US, European and Japan-based customers. The role will involve dealing with customer queries (via email / written media), helping resolve any problems customers have, handling customer feedback and reviews.
