Virtual Assistant / Wordpress Expert / Customer Support Rep

Hello!

We're looking for a fantastic addition (actually a few additions) to our team. We're a firm based in the USA and we provide wordpress websites and online marketing to the All Star Cheer Industry.

Looking for a few reliable, professional, and kind hearted customer support reps to work with our technical team and our client base and do the following:

1.) Email our clients / reply back to client inquiries
2.) Use our FreshDesk System (customer support system)
3.) Make wordpress updates (add content, edit content, update websites, etc - all tasks are fully documented)
4.) Add content to social media (facebook)
5.) Create Animoto Videos

** Ideal candidate will already be very familiar and have expertise with wordpress, some graphic design, have used Animoto, and have excellent English communication skills (in writing). Also, MUST be reliable and show up for shifts on time every time (with the exception of emergencies)
