We are seeking someone to add to our team who can help us continue our rapid growth and help elevate our team to the next level. Primarily, this position will consist of administrative tasks performed on a day to day basis on behalf of the company and our CEO. You will be working closely with our CEO as his executive assistant and will play a very important role in the team; making sure that no detail is overlooked, making sure that our team is hitting our goals, and making sure that we are well organized and that our operation continues to run smoothly. While your responsibilities will be focused mainly on the needs of our CEO, we will also provide you training on how the business operates in order to increase your understanding and versatility as a team member. Things change quickly at our company as we adapt to an ever-changing marketplace, and you are guaranteed to learn a great deal while working with Team Virtuoso. Working with us, you will gain a specialized skill set that will benefit you for years to come.

We are looking for someone who can see and understand our organization/operations at a high level who is also a team player willing to be the "glue" that holds everything together for us. Ideally, we would like to form a full-time long term working relationships that lasts for years, but we typically start new hires on a trial basis to make sure that it is a good fit for each of us.

Your job responsibilities will include:

Checking and managing our email inbox on a regular basis and writing replies when necessary
Checking and managing our CRM tool, scheduling appointments for follow ups, and sending emails to suppliers when necessary
Checking and managing our Amazon Seller Central Account
Communicating with various team members
Making sure that our CEO's personal to do list is being completed each day--You will be responsible for completing every item on the list that does not require his personal attention., and you will be required to make sure that he completes each item on this list that does require his attention in a timely manner
"Babysitting" our CEO by attending virtual meetings with him and video conferencing with him during "Work Blocks" to maximize productivity
Managing the company calendar
Acting as his gatekeeper
