We are a growing company is in need of an Marketer

**This is a full time job -40hrs/week. Dont apply if you cant commit to it.

Qualifications:

Masters or Bachelors in Business Administration/Computer Science/Information Technology/Electrical Engineer or equivalent technical field. ( Training will be provided if your basis are strong) .

But hey if your tech savvy and key learner & have a bachelors degree in any other field feel free to apply.

- Prior experience with Google Ads, Amazon Ads or Facebook Ads will be given preference. ( But its not mandatory )


MUST HAVE TRAITS:

- Disciplined to follow the work schedule & work in night shift (at least half of the time)

- Ability to work in tight deadlines & delivery task in high quality.

- Ability to absorb and handle pressure. ( You ll be responsible for spending $ - so your task will be under scanner )

- Quick learner , Fast executioner , Highly energetic, polite, team player will thrive in this role.


Job Duties :

- Create optimize & implement new strategies in FB Ads to Drives Sales & Lead Generation . Ad creation , split testing , monitor campaigns & optimize ads.

- Managing creating, modifying & Testing different set of audiences and ad sets

- Familiarity with google ads - ad words, display & youtube ads preferred.

- Setup Lead capturing pages in landing pages & integration via convert kit .

- Create Email funnel to convert the incoming lead.

PAY SCALE:

** Starting Salary from $400 to $1200 /month salary at start based on your expertise & performance.
