Web Services Operations Supervisor

This person will oversee the web services department and provide quality control and assistance to front end designers/developers, back end developers, SEO staff, trouble ticket tech support staff, and web service assistants. To will be expected to mentor, train, lead and guide this team to work together, and pool their talents and resource to build outstanding responsive websites and web applications This is a virtual position with hours from 3:00 PM - 12:00 PM Manila.

Must have 8 years of proven work experience as a front end and back end developer.
Front end designer/developers - must have experience in PSD to WordPress Responsive conversion.
Must have knowledge in building custom websites and building websites from themes.
Experience with building and modifying woo commerce, magento, member portal, WP responsive and websites on joomla platform.
Must be able to establish quality control and operations standards. Train and lead teams and position the company for growth.
Must have working knowledge of on page and off page SEO.

4 years of proven leadership experience. Six Sigma designation appreciated. You must be able to provide references from previous employers.
