I am looking for someone who can do a proper analysis of real estate sales data.
Full training will be provided.
All information will be shared in dropbox.

Work Details:

1. Sort the given raw data based on Low - high price range.
2. Enter the preset parameters to view the right data range.
3. select each address in the excel document and check the site size, location and price. Access will be provided to a web portal to find the data.
4. Exclude or include the data based on the comparison.
5. Provide average sales data.
