JOB OVERVIEW

Summit Communities, LLC, provides quality housing and amazing experiences for individuals and families looking for a rental community to call home. We currently have approximately 500 families who live within our communities.
We currently have a great team but are growing and want to ensure we have enough help to handle the increased workload.

Some of the current potential job duties are below:
-Take inbound leasing calls, qualify potential renters and schedule times for a showing.
-Document all calls in CRM system.
-Make outbound follow up leasing calls to answer outstanding questions.
-Help direct potential renters in filling out online applications.
-Take inbound maintenance calls and document work orders.
-Conduct research for new products and services we plan to offer in the future.
-Research and make outbound recruiting calls to potential employees we would like to hire.
Our current off-shore team, (Currently working in both the Philippines and India) has been working with our system for over a year and continue to find ways for us to work smarter. We are a dynamic company and very open to innovating new ways to meet the needs of quality renters.
You must speak English (Spanish would be helpful, but not required), have good access to a computer headphones and a microphone. This job entails a lot of computer time and phone work.

Our typical office hours are Monday-Saturday from 8:30-5:30. . We are flexible about the hours for this position based on the needs of your personal life and the urgency of existing projects. We believe family comes first and will try to work around the needs of our loyal employees.

You need to have a computer that allows you to use our voip calling system via Upgrade to see actual info. It's important for you to have a back-up plan for when your power/internet goes down.

Our best hire's are those who want to drive the rental process all of the way to someone making a final decision to rent one of our apartment homes. We often need to reach out in many ways in order to get a response. This includes texting, emailing and calling prospects multiple times.
