Inside Sales Agent-Real Estate

We are seeking a Virtual Inside Sales Agent for our fast paced real estate team! This person will be a phone animal- calling and texting internet leads to set quality appointments for our agents! They will also build long term relationships with leads who aren't quite ready to purchase yet...so that when they are ready, we are front of mind! This is a dynamic and rewarding position with our areas top real estate team!

The best candidate will:
-Have phone sales experience
-Have great written and verbal communication skills
-Be a team player (we have great team culture and we WANT YOU to engage with us)
-Be coach-able
-Will be self motivated (doesn't need to be micro-managed to get work done)
-Be organized
-Have a no excuses attitude (do what it takes to get results)
-Desire to learn and grow
-Have a quick and reliable internet connection
-Be comfortable working shifts between 8am EST and 8pm EST

The pay is hourly plus performance bonuses. There is great earning potential!
