Video editor NEEDED (experience required)

I am looking for an experienced and reliable video editor to provide edits for ongoing videos on a regular basis.
Must be FAST and have EXPERIENCE with examples of your previous editing work.
You must be be able to add music, transitions, text and be able to make my videos look professional.
Must be able to work to a deadline.
