Commercial QS

With over 350 commercial projects priced over the course of 5 years, our client has a valuable experience in Australian Ceiling/Partition/Facade Industry. Project are generally from all commercial sectors including Education, Aged Care, Mixed Use, Apartments, Retail, Fitout, Refurbishment, Government, Offices, Shopping Centers and Luxurious Residences.

They are looking for an estimator with extensive and specific experience in:
- Ceilings
- Partitons
- Facades

The role is Australian (Perth) timezone with a 8am start which is a 8am Manila time
It is Parttime - Monday to Friday, 20 hours a week.
To apply, you must be able to totally focus on this client for the 4 hours without distractions.

Comfortable working remotely/from home
Comfortable using Skype Video Call
At least 5 mbps Internet
Laptop/Desktop that can run required software with decent noise cancelling headset and webcam
Workspace where it is possible to take video calls with the client
