Prospector/Lead Generator

I am a young, female entrepreneur starting my second business. I am looking for someone who is excited to grow with Notary on Demand - a mobile notary company based in Atlanta, GA. You are a driven individual with a stellar internet connection who is comfortable working independently. You are a timely person who is incredibly detail-oriented. You enjoy organization and are no stranger to creating spreadsheets and reports. You have impeccable communication skills, both written & verbal. You are solution-oriented and approach your tasks with a positive attitude.

I need a prospector/lead generator who can produce a set number of quality leads per week. Once the prospecting is complete, you will upload the list to an outreach email platform called Lemlist. Then as responses come in, you will mark them "Yes" or "No".

Starting 142PHP/hour with a possible raise after the first month. Approx: 15 hours per week.

We will have 2 meetings per week. One to start the week and one to close out the week. Other than the 2 meetings, your work hours are flexible. However, I will expect daily reports showing what was accomplished. We will also be using TimeProof to track your time and stay accountable.

Job Requirements:
-SEO experience
-Lead generation experience (must know how to quickly & efficiently go to a site and find emails associated with that site)
-Link building experience
-Experience using email outreach program (ex: Lemlist, PitchBox, MailShake).
-Good internet connection
-Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
-Punctual (must arrive on time to meetings)
-Organized & detail-oriented (you must keep track of the leads you generate in daily reports)
