Customer Service Associate Needed For Real Estate Company

We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented, team player who speaks fluent English to assist our Head of Community Development in supporting the current customers in our coliving company. We are looking for someone who is available for a 4-8 hour shift between the hours of 9 AM PST to 7 PM PST.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate lease renewal promotions with customers via phone and email
- Request relevant documentation/information from customers for execution of lease renewals
- Communicate with current customers via phone and email regarding room transfer requests
- Request relevant documentation/information from customers for execution of room transfers
- Support in scheduling house visits when necessary to execute room transfers
- Communicate with current customers via phone and email regarding move-out requests and support the team on organizing documents and information into our company data base
