- University Bachelors Degree.
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
Qualifications preferred but not necessary
- Fluent in German, Japanese, French, Italian or Spanish
sofsy is a global fashion brand specialising in women’s lingerie, hosiery and
swimwear. We predominantly sell on Amazon.com. We are a young company but
growing very fast, so while 50% of your tasks will repeat daily or weekly the other
50% of your tasks and responsibilities will be varied, you will be expected to work
under your own initiative and learn quickly!
Below are some examples of tasks you may be expected to perform:
Daily and Weekly Basis
- Reply to Customer service inquiries helping to identify product quality
issues;
- Setup customer service autoresponder
- Create a report by recording all the quality issue reflecting on Buyer
Messages;
You will be given training in all of the above tasks.
We are looking for an individual who is ready for a challenge.
