Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

Real Estate Investment Company in Atlanta Georgia looking for a person to do Cold Calling and Appointment Setting. We need someone to contact homeowners and find out if they are interested in selling their home.

We are looking for a high energy motivated person to join our team.

Job Duties will consist of the following:

Contact homeowners and see if they would consider selling and have the owner agree to meet with the sales manager onsite.

Once the owner agrees to meet with us you would setup an appointment for the manager to come onsite to present an offer to get the property under contract.

Qualifications:

Required to speak clear english

Must be reliable - Need to constantly show up for work.

Good typing skills- Must be able to provide manager when setting up appointments with notes from the cold call conversation.

Positive Attitude - Ability to cope with rejection

Previous cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing skills is a huge PLUS!!!! - Excellent phone manner and articulation with good listening skills

Hours are Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Atlanta
