Telesales Agent (No Sales Experience Required!)

Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers directly by phone to present our products or services
Direct prospects and leads to the sales supervisor
Generate sales and achieve your monthly quota

Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years BPO/call center experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can work under minimal supervision
Ability and willingness to undergo training
Well-organized and self-motivated

Technical Requirements:
Must have at least 5mbps reliable wired internet connection
Reliable laptop or desktop computer with at least 4GB RAM
Back up internet connection and computer is a plus
Must have a USB headset for VOIP calling with noise canceling feature
A quiet working environment

Rate and Working Hours:
P20,000-30,000 per month basic salary + commissions and incentives
PST work hours
6.5 hours per day only
