The role duties include, and are not limited to:-
• Project Coordinator to take ownership of administrating and scheduling all field telecommunications jobs/updates, access and materials.
• Manage documentation of assigned jobs to ensure compliance with various customer requirements and to SLA standards
• Build professional relationships with various stakeholders including construction partners, technicians, sub-contractors and warehousing
• Develop, maintain and update policies and procedures manual as well as develop new documentation required to assist with field technician management
• Provide timely, supportive and high-quality service to Field Manager via phone and
• Data Base management, updating status and follow up on job orders
• Provide timely reporting of jobs progress
• Manage escalation when required
• Assist in achieving continuous improvement and enhancing the efficiency of operations
• Invoicing
• Employee certification/induction management
• Working Australian business hours
About you:
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Admin or relevant experience
Experience:
• Requirements are minimum 3 years proven scheduling experience within the telecommunications or construction industry, ability to schedule multiple sites/jobs nationally.
• The ability to bring value through continual improvement will set you apart for this challenging, fast paced role.
Skills:
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
• Organised, ability to priorities and able to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with pressure, meeting deadlines and multi-tasking
• Ability to succeed working in a close-knit team, while also working autonomously
• Initiative to assist other team members, or go the extra mile as required
• Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement and management skills
• The willingness to learn and the ability to adapt.
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• A keen and willing attitude
• Experience in a telecommunication/ field operations business will be highly regarded
