Are you experienced in working on online e-course businesses? Are you ambitious and like to succeed?

I am looking for someone to grow with my business. Someone to be with me for years and not weeks.

As a highly ambitious woman who has several successes in my bag, I now got a start-up in the online e-course business as my new baby to nurture.

You and I and the rest of the team have one, main goal in common: The clients need to know, like, love and trust me and the business.

This business I want to build together with a deeply committed, efficient, detail-oriented, analytical and responsive person who wants to grow with me and my business. When my business succeeds, you will earn from it as well.

We will work closely in mutual respect and as a family. I will be your leader and make the decisions, so the energy and trust must be there from the start.

As you may notice, I am looking for a variety of different tasks to be done, but they will all fit together for the business to grow. That said, you do not have to be a deep expert in all the areas, but you have to be pretty good and not a beginner, so you are able to take initiative and make suggestions based on knowledge.

These will be your task as a start:

- Video editing, creating graphics, photoshopping, blogpost in English
- Creating magnetic content that my tribe resonated with
- Focus deeply on the messaging in English so I am speaking to them as an expert through the content.
- Make a plan for 365 social media posting in different varieties and execute; Scheduling, posting, surveillance
- Repurposing of content for various social media channels
- Work on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram. Podcast and TikTok in the future
- Pulling data to find out what's working for us and what isn't on social channels
- SEO on graphics and content
- Research regarding my content
- Develop process documentation (video tutorials)
- Set up course content in Kajabi
- Organize and manage projects and tasks
- Be responsive and easy to get in touch within a defined overlap


As a start, I need help 15 hours a week. Yes, it is a start-up and the different tasks will for sure expand. My plans are to transfer myself to be fully engaged full time on this business as soon as possible.

You will be paid according to experience, your skills and the quality of work. We will have a trial period for the mutual experience. You will be paid every week and after finished that week’s work. We will agree before we start.

You will work directly with the CEO and other team members.
