JOB OVERVIEW

My name is Roy, I am Filipino and Chinese and I am looking for an experienced Marketing Manager along with Virtual Assistant who has sales/customer service experience to help with growing our business in Chicago! ONE-P makes custom apparel--such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, and leggings--for boutique gym owners. As part of our service, we provide a personal stylist to create branded merchandise and implement a sales strategy for the products.

What am I looking for:

Marketing Manager/Virtual Assistant
A part-time marketing manager/virtual assistant (20-25 hours per week), hoping to build a long-term relationship and turn the position into full time.

Marketing Manager Responsibility
The primary responsibility is to help the company plan and execute social media marketing content. Must have experience in Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram, Bonus: LinkedIn, ManyChat, Hoot Suite, Canva.

Marketing Manager needs to showcase creativity, must be able to write catchy, creative, and fun content for social media platforms. Must also have a creative eye for Mailchimp campaigns, must be able to implement GIFS and images.

The virtual assistant's primary focus is to help the team generate leads, so that includes Lead Gen along with sending email, direct messages to prospective clients and tell them about our amazing printing ---------- munication is key to helping create a finished product that exceeds our customer's expectations and then communicating those expectations to the production staff, all in a timely matter.

You must be well organized and be able to multi-take as there are always multiple projects going at the same time. They must also be time schedule ---------- this world of 'need it yesterday' mentality, time management is of the utmost importance.
Customer service experience is required.

Other responsibilities would include website maintenance and development, social media updates, and different advertising layouts and flyers (Will discuss further, most important is the art production)

Job Type: Part-time to potentially be full-time
Salary: $2.75-$5 based on experience

Job Duties:
• Marketing materials to be used on Instagram, FB, any social media platform
• Have campaigns set on the calendar are set and ready to go, must plan ahead of time. Pictures and Content ready to go live on any given day.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and management to discuss which mockups are effective, and use their feedback to develop final drafts
• Lead generate and implement new emails on Mailchimp/FB Marketing
• Prospect new clients through email and Direct messaging
• Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines
• Other duties as requested
