Virtual Assistant - Social Media Management, Vendor Management, Graphic Design

Looking for a VA to do the following tasks on a daily basis:
- Customer SMS Follow-Up
- Vendor Communication
- Customer Service
Must be fluent in spoken and written English. We estimate 5-10 hours a week for these tasks.

We prefer candidates who can also do the following:
- Social Media Management
- Email Marketing
For these, candidate must have expertise in content creation, setting up and optimizing social media platforms, graphic design, and video editing. Please provide a portfolio to show creative work. We estimate this should take 1 hour a week.
