Experienced, Savvy Website Designer Needed asap

As the title says. I'm looking for a Website Designer, but not just any designer. Looking for designers who are are are capable of creating killer looking websites - that make people say "wow"

Must be experienced, knowledgeable across mulitple platforms like htm5, wordpress, eCommerce, be design savvy, and have a creative flair.

Must have a passion for creating amazing looking & functioning websites.
