WordPress Support Specialist

We are a growing WordPress eCommerce solutions company, in search of a highly motivated and reliable Customer Service and Support who specializes in WordPress.

We are looking to fill this full time long term position immediately. We will provide stable employment and a rewarding career with progression, to suitable candidates. You will get paid annual leave, sick leave and public holidays.

We are looking for WordPress support specialist who can help our customers to achieve their goals using our eCommerce solutions.

Requirements:

1. Be able to set up and configure WordPress website with many plugins
2. Good understanding of HTML and CSS - ability to modify the website styling with CSS and custom HTML template files
3. Excellent English speaking and writing - you will respond to customer emails and chat messages, you will also write plugin documentation on the website

The following skills will be very highly regarded:

1. PHP, jQuery development - custom WordPress plugins development and modification - if you know the basics and want to learn more this is perfect!
2. SEO experience
3. Proven experience in front-end website development (WordPress)

General Requirements:

- Working hours: 9am - 6pm (including 1 hour lunch) UTC +8. You will be required to be in our team hangout during business hours, with the exception of lunch time.
- Full time, 40 hours per week. You will be required to track and report your productivity.
- Depending on your skill and experience, salary will be negotiable. Additional skills you possess in line with the company’s growth strategy will be highly regarded and rewarded. Please indicate your desired pay range in your application.
- Probation period is 3 months.

- You must have reliable internet, power and up to date computer equipment. You must also have backup plans in case of electricity or internet outage.
