FB Ad Support Specialist / Tech VA

I own a digital marketing agency specializing in Facebook & Instagram paid advertising. I'm looking for some support in Facebook Ads Manager ---------- setup of creating custom conversions, custom audiences, grabbing and inputting ad URL's into a spreadsheet, targeting research, and initial set-up campaigns (campaign, ad sets, ads).

Looking for someone around 10-20 hours per week.

You don't need to know how to run ads, but at least be familiar with Facebook Ad Manager ---------- so you can help with some backend setup.
