Reservation & Customer B2B Manager

Our company is a rental plateform offering properties in most desirable destination.

Your core responsibilities will be :
- Handle and assist partners publishing their listing through our plateform
- Create new partnershiphs and build long relathionship with new and existing partners
- Handle and convert and convert guest enquires in order to optimise opportunities and maximise guest satisfaction
- Determine individual guests requirements and to convert those into confirmed bookings
- Facilitate smooth and effective communication with all the team members
- Work closely and effectively with the marketing team to promote our partners listings

Ensure that our partners and guests are happy, you will be part of a friendly, hard-working, competitive team based in Europe and working in an environment that is focused on learning, improving and delivering.

Requirements :
- Have sales experience with an excellent customer service
- Are a positive person and understand what exceptional customer service is.
- Speak English fluently/ Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Need to be speedy, able to multi-tasks and focus
- Work from home/ Be available all the time duing working hours through Whatsapp/ Skype or Phone
- Must have a high speed internet connection
- Flexibility of scheduling to work overtime, evenings and weekends
