Advanced “VIDEO EDITOR” needed for ongoing YouTube series

Here’s your opportunity to be part of a new YouTube channel. We’re looking for a video editor who wants to grow as our channel grows. You bring the "video editing skills" and we’ll "bring the content." I need an editor to be able to increase production value of editing by using on screen text and capture B rolls through after effects. I need 2 to 4 videos weekly to be edited in the beginning, and 5-9 videos in the near future as our channel GROWS! Must be concise without losing the value that the video is trying to provide. In the beginning payments will be $20 per video and videos will be a maximum of 10 minutes. In the near Future, the salary will increase as we grow, I will accommodate monthly salaries or a flat percentage rate of our Youtube Channel. I’m looking forward to bringing you on board full-time as we grow together.
